The Reformer Beginner Series is the perfect introduction to Pilates using the Reformer machine.
Designed for those new to Pilates or looking to build a strong foundation, this small group class (maximum of 4 participants) provides personalized instruction in a supportive and welcoming environment. In this series, you will:

Learn how to safely and effectively use the Reformer machine.

Master fundamental Pilates exercises with proper form and alignment.
